Co-founded by our very own Lucy, Daniela & Andrew Dana, OTP is made from Córdoba Peanuts, which are indigenous to argentina (where chef dani is from!!!!). these peanuts are naturally sweeter, which makes otp extra delicious without all the nasty additives like sugar or palm oil. you can pick up a jar at any cym location, order online, or try on our grand villa (literally the best PB&J of all time).

Based in Denver, CO, this is the family farm hand-trimmed good stuff you want. Using old-world techniques for fresh and cured meats, they only source from farms who raise their animals humanely, hormone free, antibiotic free, with no fillers. Riverbear is the reason our sandwiches can be taken to the next level – the pastrami (and all meats) take us from good to exceptional as a deli!

Family-owned and operated since 1987, Logan’s originated in a tiny kitchen located in Alexandria, Virginia. This is where they began building up an extensive catalog of authentic, ethnic, old-world style sausage and recipes. Their product has reached nationwide levels at many grocery stores, restaurants (like us!!!!!!!), and foodservice distributors.
Liberty Delight Farm
LDF strongly believes in sustainable agriculture, and that is a cornerstone Shane Hughes built the company on (and CYM is a huge fan of!!). Farmer and owner, Shane began on his family’s historic property in Reisterstown, MD. With a free-range environment and no growth hormones/stimulants/antibiotics, he provides healthy and farm fresh meat to our deli so we can ensure you are getting the best of the best protein (and that we are in business with a partner where animals are treated humanely!).
Little Sesame
Ronen & Nick met as fine dining cooks in New York City over a decade ago! They became fast friends because they shared the same values: make delicious food and have fun doing it. Little Sesame was born shortly after, and is our personal fave hummus! Sold in thousands of stores across the country, we are proud to offer their delish product!
