DELIVERY ORDERING:

1. Choose “Delivery” on our catering site,
2. Begin typing your address and select the full address from the drop-down address bar.
3. You will automatically be filtered to the shop serving your delivery zone. Shop address information will show on your ordering page.

WHEN TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

• Orders must be placed at least 36 hours in advance.

• You can order up to 45 days from now.

All changes to the menu and delivery/pickup times, must be confirmed 36-hours prior to the scheduled date. Changes requested within 24-hours cannot be guaranteed.

DELIVERY PARTNER INFORMATION

Call Your Mother Deli is partnered with DoorDash Drive to deliver our catering orders in both the DMV and Denver areas. While we do everything in our power to ensure the Dasher delivers at the requested time, we can not guarantee their delivery schedule. For events with a hard start time, we recommend selecting an earlier time to provide buffer room for any unforeseen delays. Please provide us with a cell phone number when placing your order, and any delivery details you would like to share with the Dasher.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We make our food by hand, from scratch, and with tons of love! We ask that orders are placed with at least 36 hours notice to allow our teams to prepare. All orders are subject to our cancellation policy as soon as the order is placed.

Catering orders may be canceled without penalty, up to 36 hours prior to the scheduled delivery/pickup date. Orders canceled within 36-24 hours prior, will incur a 50% cancellation fee (of order total), to be charged to the card on file. This 50% cancellation fee can be used as credit for a future order if placed within 30 days of cancellation. Orders canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery/pickup time will be charged in full.
