We have vegetarian options! In addition to vegetarian options of CYM classics like our No-Meat Sun City or Impossible™ Sun City and our No-Salmon Royal Palm, we have a number of vegetarian sandwiches that change seasonally. Check out our menu to see current vegetarian offerings.
In terms of vegan options, our signature bagels don’t contain dairy or egg but they do contain honey (*please see our common allergy section to learn more about our seasonal featured bagels). We know some vegans eat honey and some do not! We also have One Trick Pony Peanut Butter, Little Sesame Hummus, and seasonal jam.

ALLERGEN NOTE! Our kitchens are full of love... and also milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and fish like salmon, tuna, and whitefish. We do our best, but we can’t guarantee any item is completely allergen-free. If you have a severe allergy, we (heartbreakingly) recommend not ordering from us. We do not have any shellfish in our kitchens.
Bagels: Our signature bagels have no dairy or egg products, and contain honey. However, sometimes our seasonal featured bagel can have milk or eggs, which we will call out on our menu! Please feel free to ask your cashier, DM us on instagram, or email hello@callyourmotherdeli.com if you need help!
Gluten: Sorry, we don’t have gluten-free bagels at this time. But our Cheesy Yuca bread is a great gluten-friendly substitute to enjoy all our classic CYM sandwiches! And as always, our latkes are 100% gluten-friendly and 100% delicious.

Our kitchens are not certified kosher at this time.

Slice your bagels and store them in plastic bags in the freezer. To defrost them, just pop them in the toaster!
-
We source from the best ingredients (which happen to be a bit more expensive). On top of that, we invest a lot in our staff, paying beyond minimum wage and providing health insurance, employee assistance, and additional life skills classes!

We’re so sorry to hear that! We strive to get your order perfect every time, but sometimes we make mistakes. Head over to our contact us page and we’ll work to make it right.
