ELIGIBILITY

• This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who reside in Colorado, Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Call Your Mother (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, partners, and immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

PROMOTION PERIOD

• The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM ET on January 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 15, 2025, or when all scratch-off cards have been distributed, whichever occurs first.

HOW TO OBTAIN A SCRATCH-OFF TICKET

• During the Promotion Period, customers will receive one (1) scratch-off ticket per person per visit at participating Call Your Mother shops in CO, VA, MD & DC.

• No Purchase Method: A free scratch-off ticket may be obtained at the register upon request, subject to availability. Limit one per person per day.

HOW TO PLAY

• Scratch the designated area on the card to reveal the prize. Each card indicates whether the participant has won a prize and, if applicable, which prize. All prizes are randomly distributed based on the number of cards printed.

PRIZES

• Prizes may include:

  • Bagels for a year (1 sandwich or 1 bakers dozen per week) - 2 in 5,505

  • Call Your Mother Gift Card ($20 value) - 20 in 5,505

  • Call Your Mother Coffee Pack consisting of a 12oz. bag of coffee beans and a Call Your Mother diner mug ($36 value) - 20 in 5,505

  • Call Your Mother T-shirt ($25 value) - 3,500 in 5,505

  • Call Your Mother Hoodie ($45 value) - 1,900 in 5,505

  • Large Coffee or Tea ($3.70 value) - 100 in 5,505

• Exact quantities of prizes are predetermined and available upon request as required by law.

• Prizes may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

ODDS

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of printed scratch-off tickets and the number of prizes allocated to each tier. All odds are predetermined before distribution and will not change during the Promotion.

HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE

• Instant food/beverage prizes may be redeemed at participating shops at the time of visit or by the date printed on the ticket.

• Big or medium prizes may require additional verification and/or submission of the winning ticket and may be claimed by emailing hello@callyourmotherdeli.com within the timeframe stated on the ticket.

• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, altered, or unreadable cards. Sponsor’s decisions regarding prize redemption and eligibility are final.

LIMITATIONS & CONDITIONS

• Limit one prize redemption per person per day unless otherwise stated.

• Cards are void if altered, reproduced, or obtained through unauthorized means.

• Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the Promotion or violates the Official Rules.

• Sponsor is not liable for technological, printing, typographical, or distribution errors, or for cards damaged through no fault of the Sponsor.

PUBLICITY

• By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city/state, and prize information for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.This includes the right to repost such content on Sponsor’s social media channels and incorporate it into marketing materials, both online and offline, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

PRIVACY

• Information collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at callyourmotherdeli.com/privacy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. If terminated, Sponsor may award remaining prizes from eligible entries received before termination.

GOVERNING LAW

• The Promotion is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, except where preempted by federal law, with venue in the District of Columbia.
